Fürtös Gigi – ‘Köles’​

Köles is not a show dog, but a true working dog! She is expected to have only one litter, likely in the Spring of 2027.
Köles is still young, a white Puli girl full of energy. She’s always ready for action, whether it’s therapy assistance, rescue searching, obedience, or herding work. She also excels in sports, jumping into hoopers or flyball training sessions with great enthusiasm. She tries hard to understand what we ask of her, loves to learn, and is constantly active. She has tremendous drive, but just as big a heart. She’s the kind of dog who’s always there when something happens — she has to be aware of everything around her. She is a certified therapy dog and has successfully passed both the BH and NHAT exams. Though still young, her long-term goals include passing international rescue dog exams (in area and rubble search disciplines), as well as completing her herding work and truffle-search exams. Her training is ongoing, and she’s an eager participant in every session. She especially loves obedience work, so it’s quite possible she’ll earn more titles in that field too. She’s a regular member of the daily walks — active when needed, but calm and relaxed when there’s nothing scheduled. She shares her life with five other dogs: two Pulis, two Malinois, and a Labrador. Living peacefully in such a big pack means she always has someone to play with when the moment calls for it. In therapy sessions, she always brings liveliness and joy with her eternally cheerful and willing nature. However, when searching for missing persons in rubble or terrain, she transforms into a focused, determined, and efficient worker. She loves playing ball just as much as she loves food — she can be motivated by nearly anything edible. Still, she also deeply values praise and the satisfaction of her handler; her owner’s approval means the world to her. Because of her active lifestyle, she’s kept in a shorter coat, so she doesn’t take part in the show world, though she has already successfully passed her breeding exam.
